How to Use

Choose how you fuel:

🥛 With semi-skimmed milk (250 ml):

• 216 kcal

• 18 g protein

• 4 g fiber

🌱 With PDM Vegan (2 scoops) & 300 ml water:

• 201 kcal

• 5 g fiber

To prepare:
Gently shake the canister before each use. Mix 2 scoops (26 g) of Formula 1 with 250 ml cold semi-skimmed milk (1.5% fat), shake or blend, and enjoy.

🌿 For a 100% plant-based, lactose-free option, mix 2 scoops of Formula 1 with 2 scoops of PDM Vegan (28 g) and blend with 300 ml water.
